So yesterday saw a bunch of us go off on a 'team building day'. Not so much as a Mountainexploit but an underground exploit. We headed off to Ingleton in the Yorkshire dales and met up at Inglesport for a browse around the shop and more importantly a mug of tea and bacon roll. Myself and a couple of others are trying to rack up some log book days towards assessment for the Local Cave Leader award Level 1 and 2 so this was a good day out and covered a number of aims for us and the rest of the group. After some banter and change at the roadside in chilly wind we headed off up onto the side of Ingleborough and into the Cave system. A good easy cave, and after the previous nights rain there was approximately a foot of water running through the main system. A bit of crawling around at the end then turn round and head back out. A cracking afternoon some with some good fun, more required.
