Just giving - Combat Stress

For the past 3 years I have entered and completed the Great North Swim in Windermere.  It's a 1 mile swim on a circuit from Low Wood up towards Ambleside then back again.  A brilliant event and labelled as one of the biggest open water swims in the UK.  I usually crack it in about 35 mins.  This year I have decided to try and raise a few quid for my charity which is Combat Stress a charity which delivers dedicated support to our ex service personnel with conditions such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).  So much more needs to be done in this field of work for the civilian medical community to understand what our ex service personnel have been through whilst on active duty and in their surrounding lives.
So along side on the blog you will see a link to my Just Giving page, please feel free to donate, even the smallest amount can go to making the difference, and it's most appreciated as we all know financial times are hard.
Many thanks from me and all the ex service personnel you'll be helping.
