Another busy week this week working up in the Lakes. Earlier in the week I was working with some private clients who wanted to brush up on some skills, then yesterday had a trip into Keswick to take in the atmosphere of the Keswick Mountain Festival.
I read with interest the article in the Sun on how Arsenal Football team are employing GPS for training to attain statistics of how the players are moving.
