Free orienteering continues

Crosby Lakeside are offering another 4 weeks of free orienteering starting tonight 9th Jan and then running on the 16th,23rd and 30th.  The course is suitable for ML's, D of E leaders, walkers and no doubt fell runners will get something out of it.  It will be on between 1800hrs and 1930hrs.  If anyone is interested give James a call on 0151 9666 881.
