Yesterday morning I had a meeting in Newlands valley, so I took the opportunity afterwards to get out for a blast around Hindscarth and Dale Head. I've had two days in the office trying to learn the intricacies of photoshop, painful! So this was a cracking chance to get rid of the cobwebs and get the running shoes on. A bit damp and with a wind chill but glad to be out. The ground was frozen just on the top bits about 720m and above.

Next week I've been given the chance to go and visit Norman Walsh footwear, the company that makes the well renowned fell running shoes. So I'll be posting about that afterwards.
